きょうは、私が先日左膝を亜脱臼したので、冒頭にその話をしました。自分の体の声を聴いて、休む必要があるときには休む、動けるようになったらまた仕事にいけばいいから、と、温かいアドバイスをくださって、感激です！ いつもレッスンがとても楽しみです。ありがとうございます！
