終始にこやかに対応してくれました。REMSについてはやり方に慣れていないせいか、質問の意図を汲めずお互いに気まずい場面たびたび。最初なのでやり方の説明をしていただけたらもっとスムーズにいったかと。わからない単語ではないのに聞き取れない単語がありやはり発音が違うかな〜と思いました。
