人間関係からメンタル不調で２ヶ月ほど休職していたメンバが明日職場復帰することを嬉しく思うものの、何と話しかければよいか悩んでいます。あまり深刻な発言やネガティブなことをいうとまた彼にストレスを与えるかなと考えていたら先生がたくさん相談にのってくれました。ありがとうございます。海の波のように流れに身を任せつつ押したり引いたりしてみます。きっといいことあるはずですね
