老師花太多時間在聊自己的事情 上課時間會查看及回覆訊息 導致沒有聽見學生的發言 要求學生再重新講一次（因為老師沒有注意聽而不是因為學生表達能力不足）與其他老師相比課程進度嚴重落後 老師專注在自己有興趣主題言論勝過協助學生發展語言能力
