予約していた講師から急遽変更になり、レッスン開始時間が2〜3分遅れた。レッスン中に歌を流すと言っていたが、画面は静止したままで、聞こえなかった。話し方が早口で、レッスン後に英語初心者の5歳の子供が「もう英語やめたい」と泣いた。まだこちらのレッスンを始めて3回目だったので、非常に困った。
