カランメソッドを受けました。ディクテーションの時に急にキーボードの調子が悪くなってしまったのですが、臨機応変に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。そのせいで時間をロスしてしまいましたが、最後までディクテーションを終わらせてくれたのも嬉しかったです。
